Breakfast Menus

This is where you can get ideas for breakfast!


Granola & Yogurt - Trail Mix Granola is on Recipe page. Pair it with lowfat or nonfat yogurt and a serving of fruit. It's awesome!


Western Omelet - Use organic eggs for maximum benefit. Also, use olive oil cooking spray instead of butter. This meal helps to raise your protein levels. 


Multi-grain Cereals - box of Multi-grain Cheerio knock-off at Aldi is $2.59 and they taste great! Eat with Fat-free skim milk and serving of fruit.


Coffee - if you're like me, you MUST have this! And if you're like me, you need cream and sugar. Try switching from flavored creamers (Loaded with SUGAR) to half & half with a sugar substitute. Splenda (sucralose), Stevia and the like. My doctor said you can still use asparatame, but I'll let you be the judge on that one.
